Payment & Shipping

  • We ship your AlohaTuch® within Germany, insured via DHL.
  • We also ship your AlohaTuch® to Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Belgium.
  • Our AlohaTuch® customers from Switzerland please order via https://meineinkauf.ch/bestellen/alohatuch-schweiz/
  • You can pay using all standard payment methods.

Technical Handling

  • All AlohaTücher® should be washed gently by hand!
  • Since our AlohaTücher® are made of cotton, they may shrink slightly during washing. Adding a cup of clear vinegar to the first wash will set the colors and neutralize any potential odors.
  • Can I iron the AlohaTuch®? Absolutely! BUT: Please do not iron over the magnetic hem, piping, or the plastic eyelets. The magnets are sealed in PVC pockets; the eyelets and piping are made of plastic. These components could melt if ironed. You are, of course, welcome to iron the rest of your AlohaTuch®.
  • How do I properly attach and detach an original AlohaTuch®? Even though our magnets are securely packed in plastic pockets and our eyelets are molded from plastic, you should still attach your AlohaTuch® to your home/van with great care and gentleness, and remove it the same way. This will ensure that your AlohaTuch® and your van remain in good condition for a long time.
  • AlohaTücher® & AlohaTuch® bags should only be used on parked vehicles.
  • Can children under 14 play with the original AlohaTuch® alone? No, strong magnets have been sewn into every AlohaTuch®! Please do not let your infants/toddlers play with the AlohaTuch® unsupervised! There is a risk of entanglement and suffocation.
  • Where can I find instructions on handling the magnets? Please follow our instructions on handling magnets, which are included in the package when your original AlohaTuch® is delivered.
  • Magnets can interfere with the function of pacemakers and implanted defibrillators. Please consult your specialist doctor.
  • Our suction cups (AlohaTuch®-Saugi & AlohaTuch®-Tasche) hold up perfectly on clean & smooth surfaces; you may want to moisten the suction cup slightly.
  • You can always get fresh suction cups from us in our shop.
  • If you wish to tension your AlohaTuch® using the plastic eyelets, please do so with care and consideration. Your AlohaTuch® is made of cotton and has been lovingly handcrafted. Please tension your AlohaTuch® loosely and gracefully.

Complaints & Returns

  • Does your AlohaTuch® have small weaving flaws or is a seam not quite perfect – a complaint? Every AlohaTuch® is a handcrafted individual piece, a unique item made and processed with great love. Small imperfections make it even more unique!
  • However, should your Alohatuch® have a technical defect, please email us at: info@alohatuch.de. We will then work together to find the appropriate solution.
  • In the event of a defect or technical error on our part, we will naturally cover the return shipping. In this case, please contact us via email at info@alohatuch.de so that we can take care of it.
  • If you wish to return your AlohaTuch® because you do not like it, you must cover the shipping costs for the return yourself. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unpaid shipments.
  • Please let us know in advance in this case as well, so that we know to expect a return. We will prepare everything, and as soon as your return has arrived, we will refund the purchase price of the AlohaTuch® via the original payment method as quickly as possible.
